Over the last 40 years our team has proudly been there, delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. Formerly TransDiesel and now as TDX, we continue this approach with added drive to apply technology, innovation and sustainability in all that we do.
Our purpose gives us the reason why people choose to work for and with TDX. When it came to developing our purpose, we asked ourselves three key questions:
Our values are here to guide our team in the decisions we make. It's how TDX people choose to show up for work and the commitments we make to each other and to our customers.
At TDX we are committed to health and wellbeing. We care and take care to ensure all our people will return home in the same condition that they came to work. Our commitment to health and safety, it's backed up by our actions and the accreditations that we have received.
TDX has been awarded gold Sitewise accreditation which demonstrates the high quality health and safety systems we have in place throughout the business.
TDX is an ACC accredited employer at tertiary level which demonstrates the focus we have on our people's safety and wellbeing. ACC accreditation to Tertiary level can only be achieved when an employer has a clear history of established systems, procedures and processes that function actively in the workplace.
TDX is an IMPAC PREQUAL accredited company. Another demonstration of that our health and safety policies and procedures have been independently verified. An important measure for a number of field staff who are entering customer sites.
TDX was judged to be a New Zealand Best Managed Company for 2023. The programme evaluates privately run companies in New Zealand against global benchmarks for success, backed by a 31-year history and a proven framework. TDX's inclusion in this recognised group underscores the company's commitment to excellence in management practices, innovation, and sustained growth.
According to the Best Managed Companies programme, successful companies such as TDX excel in four key categories which include strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities, and innovation, as well as governance and financials.
