The role:
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, and working closely with the Health and Safety Advisor, this is a multifaceted role requiring administration, reporting, coordination and communication skills across a range of work, ensuring TDX remains compliant with People & Safety policies and regulations.
This role would be suitable for someone with at least 4 years’ experience in a high-level administration or coordination role where high attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring the confidentiality of personal records and information.
• Responsible for producing a range of monthly as well as annual reporting and dashboards for the People and Safety team.
• Field requests from a range of internal customers
• Manage the record keeping for injuries and liaise as required between ACC, the injured parties, payroll, People & Safety team, and Supervisors/Management.
• Assist the Health and Safety Advisor with maintenance of site risk registers, hazardous substance registers, and review and development of safety procedure documents such as SOP/JSEA/HSMS.
• Contractor management.
• Support with all administration and coordination of the life cycle of an employee from employment contracts, new starter set up, induction templates and tracking, training schedules, documentation for remuneration reviews and more.
• Keeping all personal files and related databases up to date across multiple platforms.
• Provide support and training as needed as the superuser for our people management software.
We are ideally looking for:
• 4 + years experience in an administration or coordination role.
• Exposure to working within the constraints of meeting legal, compliance, qualification or certification requirements.
• Have a can-do attitude and value providing exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrates exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes and minimising errors in all aspects of work.
• Highly skilled at prioritising tasks in fast-paced environments, able to transition between responsibilities to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
• Experienced in data entry across various software platforms, with the ability to create reports and confidently use the full Microsoft Office Suite.
• Works well collaboratively, building positive relationships and contributing to a supportive, team-oriented environment
