TDX’s commitment to aftermarket care has not gone unnoticed, and has been recipient of a Volvo CE Excellence in Service Delivery Award for the APAC Region, at the local dealer conference in Perth (November 2018). Volvo CE recognised the challenges that TDX faces supporting nationwide customers, given New Zealand’s remote location in the world, yet was particularly impressed at how well the companies’ robust network and excellent aftersales team support clients from Northland to Invercargill.
TDX’s commitment to quality and safety driven service is best exemplified by a recent feedback email. In the words of the client, a seasoned operator within the scrap metal industry; “The job safety pre-start, during and shut down was incident/injury free which in its self is testimony to your technician’s obvious control of his work site, especially having crane lift in the scope of works. An excellent tradesman/supervisor and a credit to your company.”
Another major accomplishment that granted this APAC recognition is the fact that TDX has not one, but two teams advancing to the Volvo Masters finals in Sweden, March 2019.
