We’re looking for a practical, experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys being close to the business, supporting managers day to day, and lifting capability through strong people practices and learning and development.
This is a true generalist HR role with a strong operational focus, combined with the opportunity to design and embed a meaningful learning and development framework across the wider TDX business. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and partner with the General Manager – People & Safety to deliver HR initiatives that add real value.

About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide hands-on HR support to operational and divisional managers across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to person for practical advice on employment relations, performance matters, investigations, policy application, and organisational change.
In addition, you’ll play a key role in shaping how learning and development is planned, delivered, and measured across the business — from individual development plans through to leadership and technical capability.
This role reports to the General Manager – People & Safety, and is supported by an HR Co-ordinator.
