The role:
Reporting to the Shell Technical Manager, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks relating to technical support and administration of Shell Lubricants. In this varied role you will be supporting our nationwide sales team and customers, while coordinating with Shell global technical teams and become an integral part of our oil analysis program.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide greater capacity to the support function of the current Shell technical team, through ongoing pre-sales technical support and product education and administration aspects required by both our internal and external customers
• Working knowledge and experience of Industrial as well as Automotive Lubricants sales and services
• Confidence in coming to a conclusion and providing a solution with competence in using technology and available resource material
• To grasp and explain technical information in a clear and understandable way to others
• Health & Safety is really important to us at TDX therefore you will be committed to complying with safe work practices

We are ideally looking for:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical and Processing with 1-2 years plus in an industrial environment would be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated self-starter
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude Health & Safety is really important to us at TDX therefore you will be committed to complying with safe work practices
• Strong Microsoft office skills
