About the role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be the first point of contact for our customers regarding any machine service or repair requirements. The role will require you to plan and organise effectively to ensure the needs of all external and internal customers are met, as well as taking responsibility for the case management process for all workshop jobs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering incoming calls to the Service area
- Organise the preparation of service job packs for all cases as per the service job check sheet
- Keep customers informed with updates and ETA’s, and any information they require that you might need to investigate
- Open each job ensuring all relevant information is entered accurately such as customer order number, machine details, registration number, part/stock numbers and quantities to insure accurate invoicing preparation
- Submit claims and technical agreements to the Warranty department
- Scheduling work
About you:
You will have strong communication skills and be a natural problem solver, with a focus on achieving results and a pragmatic approach to planning and organising the delivery of solutions and accurate records.
You will have:
- Previous service workshop administration experience or experience scheduling and invoicing
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Well organised, methodical and efficient
- High levels of accuracy
- Understand the importance of great customer service
- Be detail orientated
- Open, warm and friendly approach to others
