You will be able to hit the ground running, joining a proven market leader in sales and service. You will be fully backed by head office functions and on the ground training and support.

The role:
The purpose of this role is to provide repair, service and maintenance of Linde Material Handling equipment at various customer sites and to satisfy customers with a high level of quality in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities include:
  • Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues
  • Diagnose possible faults using the hydraulic circuit diagrams
  • Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts
  • Carryout all PM services on a range of material handling equipment
  • Read and interpret light truck circuits
  • Repairs to the hydrostatic travel drive system
  • Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal
  • Liaise face to face with customers
  • Liaise with the Service Allocators to confirm the jobs assigned every day and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time
  • Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop
  • Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour call outs
We are ideally looking for:
  • Forklift License & Driver’s License
  • General product knowledge of motors (electric & IC)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Forklift repairs
  • Understanding of OH&S obligations
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office packages – Word, Teams & Outlook.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great customer service skills
