The role:
The purpose of this role is to provide repair, service and maintenance of Linde Material Handling equipment at various customer sites and to satisfy customers with a high level of quality in an efficient and timely manner.

The role:
The purpose of this role is to provide repair, service and maintenance of Linde Material Handling equipment at various customer sites and to satisfy customers with a high level of quality in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and trouble shoot software and hardware issues
- Diagnose possible faults using the hydraulic circuit diagrams
- Servicing and repairs on various sizes and models of forklifts
- Carryout all PM services on a range of material handling equipment
- Read and interpret light truck circuits
- Repairs to the hydrostatic travel drive system
- Order Spare Parts through the Parts Portal
- Liaise face to face with customers
- Liaise with the Service Allocators to confirm the jobs assigned every day and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Be able to assist in repairs of units in the workshop
- Participate in our after-hours on call service roster for any after-hour call outs
- Forklift License & Driver’s License
- General product knowledge of motors (electric & IC)
- At least 3 years’ experience in Forklift repairs
- Understanding of OH&S obligations
- Computer skills in Microsoft office packages – Word, Teams & Outlook.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Great customer service skills
