The role:
This is a high-level administrative role proving coordination and execution of the Customer Support Agreement (CSA) process. This role is the link between the machinery factories (OEMs’s), our sales/customer support staff, and planning for scheduled maintenance for our customers. 

Responsibilities include:
• The management, administration, and continuous improvement of CSA’s between TDX and our customers  
• Draft and prepare CSA’s
• Recommend modifications as necessary to fit the scope of works
• Set up and manage agreed CSA’s in the Dealer Management System
• Set up contracts in the OEM system, ensuring contract details and information is entered correctly and efficiently
• Communicate with the customer as required to complete and distribute the CSA
• Compile proposals for presentation as required
• Conduct regular reviews and create detailed reports on active contracts, addressing any issues or opportunities for improvement
• Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders including our National Sales Manager’s for Volvo and Yanmar equipment, and the National Aftersales Manager

We are ideally looking for:
• Proven experience in contract management, administration, or a related field, preferably within the equipment maintenance or our automotive service industry
• Sound numerical skills and an understanding of job costing
• Confident and accuracy dealing with data and process
• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively
• Experience using Dealer Management Systems and OEM systems would be advantageous
• Experience analyseing data and generating reports to inform business decisions
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with a focus on continuous improvement
