If you’re organised, customer-focused, and passionate about parts, this is a great opportunity to join TDX as a Parts Correspondent. You’ll play an important role supporting customers, managing orders, providing product information, and ensuring parts solutions are delivered efficiently and accurately.

The role:

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our customers and internal teams by ensuring, enquiries are interpreted appropriately, orders are processed accurately, parts are available when required, and customers receive the highest level of service.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Provide face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right part, at the right price, at the right time and place.
  • Interpret & process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch
  • Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met
  • Quote enquiries, monitor sales orders daily
  • Be committed to providing a quality service to internal and external customers and suppliers

You will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a parts department or similar customer-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
