We give all our store people the chance to grow their career with TDX. Some have gone onto become successful Team Leaders, Operational Managers or have been promoted throughout the business. We will work with our warehouse team people to develop their own career development plan.
We will help you gain certificates and experience in forklift operations, devanning, using a reach to store and retrieve products for our inwards and outwards goods operation.
