The role:
Reporting to the Service Foreman and joining our crew of technicians, your main task is being responsible for the service and repair of Allision Transmissions to a to a range customers, amongst other cases. Deliver timely, effective and high-quality mechanical service and repair work in the workshop, or in the field as required. Become our Allison specialist!

Responsibilities include:
• Diagnose, repair and maintain transmissions for a range of clients in a professional and efficient way
• Maintain continuing great relationships with customers
• Ensure excellent communication with the parts department to ensure smooth workflows
• Completing scheduled maintenance as well attending breakdowns
• Tag all warranty parts with the correct information
• Keep the work environment clean and safe

We are ideally looking for:
• Qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with NZ experience
• Previous experience working on Allison Transmissions is highly desired
• A self-starter who displays a high level of initiative and problem-solving in their work
• Know how to work hard and enjoy a laugh
• Be fit and able
